Maria is an Ohio-based stay at home mom to two that loves capturing her kids’ day to day. Like many, she didn’t get into photography until the birth of her first child.

She says, “I took him to Portrait Innovations (I know, I know…) for some 3-month photos and spent a small fortune on the photos. I told my husband it would be cheaper for me to get a fancy camera and take the photos myself. I had no idea what I was doing but I caught the photography bug. I felt this need to document everything! About a year later I flipped to manual mode and started taking classes online and reading tutorials and articles every single day. I still do! There is ALWAYS room to grow in photography and that is one of the things I love most about it.”
